Every piece you order from Afrologibaby is work of Art and unique . This can take up to 3 days to ship in the UK. Shipping times depend or your individual location and an estimation is given at the checkout.

There are sometimes additional importer tax charged when an order is shipped through customs. All orders are tracked so once shipped Afrologi cannot take responsibility delayed/lost or delayed through customs parcels. Orders are non-refundable. If you contact us we may in special circumstances be able to remake them or give you credit for your next order.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

There is a Rare occurrences of packages return undelivered. We will contact individuals in such cases to make sure the address is correct or an alternative address can be given. It is your responsibility to make sure the shipping address given is correct. Once and item leaves our facility we are no longer responsible.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Afrologibaby all sales are final as they are custom made. If production has not started sizes may be changed, colours, prints. This is the only way Afrologi can sell these custom pieces at affordable prices. There are no refunds or exchanges.
